Hi,
I've created a private group and have uploaded pdfs to it using the desktop program. However, one of the pdfs is consistently not being uploaded. The paper's information (ie. title, author, journal name, etc) shows but the option to download the pdf through the website doesn't work for some reason. All other articles that I have added at the same time seem to be ok except this one although the pdf opens fine within the desktop program.
Also, who can upload articles (with and without the pdfs attached) to a private group- any of the members or only the owner & administrators?
Finally, can the articles (with and without the pdfs) be deleted via the website or only using the desktop program? I'm curious how to make sure no one deletes something from the group by accident.
Thank you!
Could you please let me know the name of the group and the PDF in question via email? Thanks in advance.
Any group member can upload articles to a group that they are a member of.
You can delete the references in the group’s library in your online library, or in Mendeley Desktop. If deleted accidentally, the references and files can be retrieved from the Trash folder in Mendeley. Hope this helps!
