Can't see my groups

I responded to an invitation to a group, and cannot see the contents, nor does it show up in my groups. The administrator says that I show up in the group; how can I fix this?

Please double check that you are using the correct email address to log in. You may have two accounts in Mendeley, one which you were invited to the group in, and one that you use to log in. Hope this helps!
