Hi mendeley.
I just started using mendeley, but I have some problems with my iPad.
1: it does not sync anything from my computer, so what i delete or ad on my computer Will not be uploaded to my iPad.
2: When I wish to open the documents it just think for a long time, but nothing happens, nothing comes up. Furthermore three are some files where I do not have the option to view pdf, even though it is a pdf file. Then I can only view on Web, but this does not work eigther.
So to sumarize I can not use the app on my iPad, only the desktop on my computer.

Are you syncing the app manually each time you open it? You can do this by pressing the small Refresh icon in Your Library in the app.
Could you also please make sure that you are uploading your file attachments to your web library? This can be done by modifying the synchronization settings of your Mendeley Desktop, which you can customise and adjust in the ‘Edit Settings’ pane in the software.
Synchronizing document attachments can be enabled for your entire library, or only for documents in selected collections. Should you wish, you can also choose to disable it altogether.
