my mendeley crashes, I can´t insert citations on word

Hello,
I can't insert citations on word 2007. The mendeley disapears from word. Before, I receive a messaeg who tell's that may mendeley was crashed. I restored it but I still can't insert citations. Can you help me?

Could you please try the following steps:

1. Press the arrow next to the quick access toolbar at the top-left corner of Word2007;
2. Select “More commands”
4. On the far left pane select “Add-Inns”
5. At the bottom on Manage, select “Word Add-Ins”
6. Browse to c:\Program Files\Mendeley Desktop\wordkPlugin
7. Select Mendeley-1.1.2.dot
8. Restart Word. You may get a ‘security warning’ to allow the new macro to run.
