When I login online to access my private group articles on another computer it does not show up notes or highlights made to the pdf's.
Highlights and annotations made in Mendeley Desktop are not displayed in the web library at present. You would need to download the documents back into Mendeley Desktop in order to be able to read the notes and highlights. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
