vancouver citation

in some of my citations in my bibliography, the last authors name appears in initial forms (e.g - GW for greer W). i am using vancouver style which is the prescribed style from the university. please help me to solve this issue

This can be done in one of two ways:

1) You can search through our already existing citation styles by example here: http://csl.mendeley.com/searchByExample/

2) If you cannot find the exact citation style you require, these changes can be done through the Visual CSL Editor which is included with Mendeley Desktop 1.7 and higher, where you can take an already existing citation style and change it as you see fit.
