Payment failure

I'm receiving the payment failure notification. I have a visa electron credit card; I already changed the number of the card and enough credit is loaded in the card. I already used (with a different number) visa electron last year.
I'm receiving the final reminder: how can I pay the subscription fee?

My premium account have been ended.
I'm still waiting to know how to enable it again and why the same type of credit card I used to subscribe last year is no more accepted...

I tried again with the same card but today the payment worked. I have again a premium account... Don't know why it didn't work before
