The claim process doesn’t support wildcard searching - if you are listed in Scopus as ‘Harin, Alexander,’ searching for ‘Harin, Alex’ will not result in a match.
If you have searched for all variations of your name and cannot locate your author details, there might be two other causes of this:
If you have authored an article for a journal that is indexed by Scopus
If you have authored an article for a journal that is indexed by Scopus, but cannot locate your author details during the Mendeley author claim process, please submit a correction to Scopus using the Scopus Feedback Wizard. This process can take up to 48 hours. After the correction has been made, please try to locate your author details again. We apologise for the time this will take.
If you have published work that is not catalogued on Scopus
If you have published work that is not catalogued on Scopus, we are not currently able to provide stats for you. We may partner with additional publication catalogues in the future.
